Summer Reading Program

The Miami HEAT would like to Thank You for participating in the 2009 Palm Beach and Monroe County Library "Be Creative at Your Library Summer reading program.

Each child that completed the summer reading program will receive one free ticket to an upcoming HEAT game. Parents, family members, friends, and guests wishing to attend with the summer reading reward participant will receive a savings on the ticket price.

Here is how to redeem your summer reading reward:
1. Please select one game from the list below.
2. Please fill out your summer reading reward voucher.
3. If you do not have your voucher please click either the Palm Beach Library Reward voucher link or the Monroe County Library Reward voucher link.
4. Please either fax or mail in your reward voucher with your payment
